Mark Chambers, Head Chile Slinger
All Chile Slinger sauces and seasonings were developed by Mark Chambers, based on his more than 40 years of smoking and grilling for family and friends. Mark was born and raised in Haysville, Kansas, and has spent nearly all of his adult life in Wichita. Along with his wife, Mary Beth, Mark started Chile Slinger in 2012, first selling his Original BBQ sauce and all-purpose seasoning at a Wichita farmers market.
Through the years, Mark expanded the Chile Slinger product line to include four additional sauces -- Chipotle, Habanero, Trinidad Scorpion and Fatalii Mustard. He continues to experiment with recipes for new sauces and seasonings.
In 2016, Mark and Mary Beth grew the business by expanding its reach beyond farmers markets to craft shows, in addition to local and regional festivals and food shows. From early March to mid-December, Mark and Mary Beth spend nearly every weekend sampling and selling Chile Slinger. Along the way, retail partners and a distributor came on board.

- 27 Scovie Awards, including nine 1st place honors, from the Fiery Foods and BBQ Show, New Mexico.
